Atul Uchil, PhD serves the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary as the Deputy Director RBS Affairs, and Branch Chief Liaison for the US Army Corps of Engineers. He is a qualified Instructor, a Vessel Examiner and a member of the Auxiliary Interpreter corps. In the past, Dr. Uchil has served in several staff positions at the Flotilla, Division, and National levels.
Embodying over 24 years of management experience, Dr. Uchil is an accomplished, results-driven executive with a proven track record of building and growing professional service organizations. Prior to founding The Uchil Group and Uchil LLC, Dr. Uchil spent over eighteen years in a variety of senior management roles at several large consulting organizations including Accenture and MCC.
In addition to his PhD in Business Operations Management Dr. Uchil also holds an MBA in Consulting Operations Management, a BSEE in Electrical Engineering and a Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering. Dr. Uchil’s doctoral degree is apostilled by US Secretary of State, General (Ret.) Colin L. Powell and bears his signature and seal.
Dr. Uchil is a lifetime member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Management (CIPM), a lifetime member of Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA), a lifetime member of National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and serves on the board of Directors for Young Ladies of Tomorrow, Inc. a DC based not for profit organization. Dr. Uchil also served on the Board of Advisors for The Data Research Group, Inc., a Northern Virginia based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small-Business from 2004-2007.
